Quantity discounts are available directly from the author to retail customers, organizations, or businesses located within the United States. Quantity discount orders are only available as Cash-with-Order purchases. Do Not Use Online Ordering.

Shipping is no charge via surface freight.

Returns policy for retail quantity discount orders:

Returns are accepted for full credit provided the following terms are met:

• Return is pre-authorized

• Return is made within thirty days of purchase.

• Books are returned in unused, unblemished condition with freight prepaid.

• Net purchased quantity (quantity initially ordered minus quantity returned) does not fall below the discount quantity break. If the net purchased quantity does fall into a lower quantity discount, only the difference between the initial amount paid and the total cost of the net purchased quantity at the lower discount will be refunded. For example, if you ordered 30 books at $32.50 and then returned 10 books, your order would be recalculated as 20 books at $35.00 (the lower price break) and you would receive a refund of  only $275 ($975-$700). If the net purchased quantity drops below 10 units, you will be charged the single unit price.
